ประกาศเลื่อนการจัดงานมอเตอร์โชว์ 2020 (เลื่อนครั้งที่ 2)

ประกาศ เลื่อนวันการจัดงาน บางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41 (ครั้งที่ 2)

เนื่องด้วยสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส โควิด-19 ที่ได้มีการแพร่ระบาดอย่างต่อเนื่องในขณะนี้ และตามคำสั่งของรัฐบาลให้ระงับการจัดงานแสดงสินค้า และสถานที่ที่จะมีการรวมตัวของประชาชนเป็นจำนวนมาก ทางบริษัท กรังด์ปรีซ์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน) ในฐานะผู้จัดงาน “บางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์” ได้ตระหนักถึงสถานการณ์ และความจำเป็นในการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันการแพร่ระบาด อีกทั้งยังคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยและสุขภาพของผู้เข้าร่วมงาน และทีมงานเป็นสำคัญ ถึงแม้ว่าทางคณะผู้จัดงานฯ จะมีการเตรียมมาตรการ การป้องกันที่รัดกุมและเข้มงวดแล้วก็ตาม

แต่เพื่อให้สอดรับกับนโยบายการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส โควิด-19 ของรัฐบาล ทางคณะผู้จัดงานฯ จึงได้มีมติให้เลื่อนการจัดงาน “บางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41” ซึ่งจะมีขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 21 มีนาคม – 5 เมษายน 2563 ตามกำหนดการเดิม ไปเป็นวันที่ 20 เมษายน – 3 พฤษภาคม 2563 และได้มีการแจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงกำหนดการจัดงานครั้งใหม่ ไปเป็นวันที่ 18 – 31 พฤษภาคม 2563 ตามรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้

วันก่อสร้าง : วันจันทร์ที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2563 – วันอาทิตย์ที่ 17 พฤษภาคม 2563 รวมระยะเวลา 7 วัน

วัน V.I.P :วันจันทร์ที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2563

วัน Press Day :วันอังคารที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2563

วันสำหรับประชาชนทั่วไป : วันพุธที่ 20 พฤษภาคม – วันอาทิตย์ที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2563 รวมระยะเวลา 12 วัน

วันเสาร์-วันอาทิตย์ เปิดให้เข้าชมงาน เวลา 11.00 น. – 22.00 น.

วันธรรมดา เปิดให้เข้าชมงานเวลา 12.00-22.00 น.

วันรื้อถอน :วันจันทร์ที่ 1 – วันอังคารที่ 2 มิถุนายน 2563 รวมระยะเวลา 2 วัน

สถานที่จัดงาน :อาคารชาเลนเจอร์ 1-3, อิมแพค เมืองทองธานี

Postponement of The 41st Bangkok International Motor Show 2020 (The 2nd Announcement)

Regarding the ongoing widespread outbreak of the COVID-19 and the government policy on the prevention of the COVID-19 to suspend the exhibitions and the mass gathering events, Grand Prix International Public Company Limited, the Organizer of “The 41st Bangkok International Motor Show 2020”, has recognized the situation and the necessity of the surveillance and prevention of the epidemics. Also, the Organizer is genuinely concerned for the overall health and safety of visitors and staff even though the serious precautionary measures have been prepared.

To comply with the government policy on the prevention of the COVID-19, the Organizer has decided to postpone “The 41st Bangkok International Motor Show 2020”, which was originally scheduled from 21 March to 5 April 2020, and then was postponed to be scheduled from 20 April to 3 May 2020. Please be informed that the show is postponed and will be held from18 May to 31 May 2020 as per the following details:

Construction Days: Monday 11th May – Sunday 17th May 2020; Total 7 days

V.I.P Day: Monday 18th May 2020

Press Day: Tuesday 19th May 2020

Public Days : Wednesday 20th May – Sunday 31st May 2020; Total 12 Days

Weekends, from 11.00 to 22.00 hrs.

Weekdays, from 12.00 to 22.00 hrs.

Dismantling Days : Monday 1st June – Tuesday 2nd June 2020; Total 2 Days

Venue : Challenger 1-3, IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani
